The first time we got together we had a good team meeting and decided on the most important things, all wondering what this team would bring to us. After the first meeting we realized that our team was actually well balanced and had the same ideas about the project.
This resulted in good communication, fair and clear agreements on how to proceed and an uniformly agreed goal.
Because of our differences in thinking and the way we work together, we have been able to make decisions in which all of us could find themselves.
We enjoy working together and this is important because we attend meetings with pleasure and have fun during these meetings.
Our goal is to continue this way and to speed up the process to finish the project.
